The New Years Edition

New Year . New Intention. Come Sit in Continuous Harmony. Come Gather in the Circle.

Circles are intimate gatherings where we do the sacred work of seeing and being seen. These community space-holding events offer a safe space to have a deep, open connection with others, and in doing so discover the parts of ourselves that need attention. Using a combination of breath work, Somatic movement, a Sharing Circle, and Healing Sound, we come together to share, learn, grow, and hold space for each other.

Circles will have organically created themes based on the members.

Please bring a Mat, Blanket, Pillow or any other props to be comfortable on the ground.

Entrance is through the Red door on the left when facing the building.

No one will be turned away due to lack of payment. If you are interested but unable to pay the full amount please contact me.

This Circle will center around the emotions that emerge following this weeks election .

It will be held  in the community room at the Seeing Circle studio building. Please enter through the red door.
