Circles are intimate gatherings where we do the sacred work of seeing and being seen. These community space-holding events offer a safe space to have a deep, open connection with others, and in doing so discover the parts of ourselves that need attention. Using a combination of breath work, Somatic movement, a Sharing Circle, and Healing Sound, we come together to share, learn, grow, and hold space for each other. Circles will have organically created themes based on the members.

Please bring a mat, blanket and anything else to feel comfortable on the floor.
